Bar Menu Change Request

Filling out this form does not guarantee selection approval.   

Changes to the standard bar menu are a fee of $500 plus $50 per approved item added or substituted.

 

Some premium selections will require an additional deposit.

 

Bar prices are set by Creative Nomad Studios and all special request pricing will vary based on product pricing.
